CNSI – MedData Eligibility Swipe Card Reader Services

To help manage, use, and read the new WA State Medicaid magnetic stripe swipe card, CNSI – MedData is offering three (3) solutions as follows:

For the PC:

All that is required is a USB port and an “always on” Internet connection.

For a “stand alone” solution:

All that is required is a dial up telephone line (analog) or an “always on” Internet (IP) connection. These services are easy to obtain, set up, and support.

The enrollment/set up fees are as follows:

1. PC Mini Swipe Reader - $100 for each reader
2. POS Device “dial up” - $300 for each device
3. POS Device “IP” - $400 for each device

The monthly support fees for any of the above options are $15 per reader or device on a month-to-month agreement.
